Hate the new layout. The old version was so much easier to find things.
Now that everything is either ALL white or ALL black without a little color to the page it is way too busy of an inbox to find what i need to. I loved the old version so much more and had no complaints.

Your so-called Primary inbox default has caused me to miss multiple emails related to a job offer! I can't find a way to resolve this. How do I go back to the old where I NEVER missed anything that was important. The new default does show a LOT of junk, it only seems to filter out the REALLY important stuff! I may need to find a new email provider.

I really don't know why the mail format had to change without the ability to go back to what we had. When I was switched over to the "new" version of mail, I lost quite a few emails and I've done the "help" thing to recover those emails and they weren't returned. I get it that you wanted to just install the new version, but in doing so it's been changed and it doesn't matter what, I won't get the emails lost back again. Why?? Because yahoo obviously couldn't care less!!!! I mean what's the big deal with forcing everyone to have the new layout and not allowing someone to have the basic layout anyway? I know this email is pointless because if it's read at all, an answer won't be sent but at least I can say I've tried. But this is just stupid!

I WANT THE OLD BACK!! This looks horrible!! It's antiquated looking. It looks like I have been thrown back into the 1990's!! The font is utilitarian looking - UGH fix that please! It looks like old timey typewriter typeset font! a
And I hate not seeing all my other yahoo emails on the left side readily available for me. I do not want to have to move my curser down to the bottom of the screen for the little window to pop up. That is inconvenient. I also HATE the two options - light/dark. Both of those look TERRIBLE!

I hate the NEW Email layout, please go back to what I have used for around 10 years. This new one SUCKS, it is very slow and lags. Let people decide what they want to use.

I am having extensive problems with the "new & improved" EMAIL FORMAT.
Therefore, I BEG and PLEAD with you to PLEASE restore the earlier format.
It lets me perform work faster, easier, and without frustration.

Bring back the old yahoo

I'm finding yahoo email not user friendly on my laptop. I still mostly use my iPhone to read and delete emails. The laptop is not easy to use. Can't scroll down easily either. Just not liking it.

I have important emails I need to forward that are keeping me out of jail and this new email doesn't allow me to forward sent emails WTF this is ridiculous. I don't have time to make a new email account and move everything I have had for 23 years in this email! This is making life **** and for what reason? This doesn't even work takes forever to work

Please allow me to go to the basic version. This new one is terrible.

I've had my account since the mid 2000s and you have been attempting to push the new yahoo look on me for years, but well what do you know, the day finally came where you FORCED it upon my account.

It's ugly, it's organized like ****, but the main issue is I didn't get a choice to use it or not. You forced it on me.

I click on mail I want to delete, If I click two the trash can disappears and I cant find it, I have to delete each email I don't want one at a time, I want to delete a bunch at once, I wish you people would leave things alone if it is not broke don't fix it it worked fine

I hate the look of the new mail, it's either too bright or too dark. at least allow colors other than white or black.

I don't like the ads that appear in the email list. I have once accidentally clicked on one, and a virus warning appeared on my computer screen. I had to kill the browser process and reboot my computer to remove the fake warning from the browser. If you are going to have ads in our email, make sure you screen the ads so they do not contain fake virus warnings!

The mail front end GUI in not as good as the classic. I yahoo thinks it's "new and improved", think again
