Too confusing. I'm getting a new email with someone else. This change is terrible and UGLY!

**** THIS UPDATE. DONE WITH YAHOO. WHY THE **** WOULD YOU NOT GIVE AN OPTION TO KEEP THE OLD WAY. ******** AND WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS

after almost 30 years of having yahoo email...thinking of leaving it. When the system has no problems loading ads, but for some unknown reason, can't load my emails...what am I doing here! I have to ask myself.

Please allow me to revert back to the Classic Look and Design.

I buy ie PAY FOR your email service in large part because I prefer it's interface over ALL the other online email options. Now you change it to be more like Gmail, which I also hate.

If I'm PAYING for your email I want the option to keep it as it WAS! Otherwise I now have no reason to keep using it and can/will explore other options, some are recent or newer that were not available when I picked Yahoo back in 2015 over all the rest.

Please tell me there is an option to revert back, because changing my business to another service will be a major ordeal, but I will do it as soon as I find an interface I like better than your current "new" interface!

I fully dislike this new version, I was happy with the classic/basic version. This one is dull and lacks personality. At least, give the option to add personality. Not happy at all.

Let me return to the old Yahoo mail. That would be a great improvement! The new look really sucks, too much like Gmail!

I've tried the new experience for a week so far and I HATE it! I prefer the old classic version! Please get rid of this "New Mail" trash! It's a waste of my time, takes longer to find what I'm looking for/check email/switch email accounts, and I despise how it looks so much! There's no link/button anywhere in my account for me to switch back to the old version though. PLEASE let me be able to switch back to the old version! I don't know of anywhere else that I can check all of my email account mailboxes inside the SAME main account in a way that I prefer the layout/theme of it. Yahoo has messed up BIG TIME with this absolutely AWFUL New Mail.

I want mt account to go back to yahoo classic email. I never asked for it to be changed

When you update an app....make it better! Don't just make changes for change sake....

Go back to how things were? Your "help" does not actually do what it says / fix things.... why?

Font size is gigantic. Not all of your users are olds who need reading glasses? Yahoo Mail not really usable now on my PC.

I'm not asking Yahoo to abandon its new design; I'm only asking that Yahoo allow people who prefer the new interface to use it while letting longtime users continue with the familiar Classic Mail experience. It is so frustrating that an interface I've used successfully for years has suddenly become unfamiliar, even though my needs haven't changed. This is really how I feel; I hate this new UI for Yahoo Mail. Everything is upside down and sideways. The Yahoo Classic Mail UI was way better than this new one. Whoever decided to force this on everyone should be FIRED!

I really, really don't like the new format of Yahoo Mail. Every time it has been released, I've switched to the classic (basic?) view. I don't want a "priority feature" as Yahoo has no idea what I prioritize - good that I can turn that off. But the new tabs? HORRIBLE! I don't want a tab for ALL to show up every time I've gone back to my inbox. I just had it appear over 10 times in my tabs. What the heck?

And I don't want all the tabs where I can go for offers, social, or newsletters. I JUST WANT MAIL.

The old look was much more user friendly - and not just because I've been using it forever.

give my old email back. I used to be able to check my email and then my wife's email. I have no idea how to check hers anymore . was easy to change from mine to hers.

This new version is many steps BACKWARD

i used to check my emails several times a day, since the forced upgrade everytime i open the email the layout sucks so i don't look at emails anymore. when i find a new service i will discontinue paying yahoo

The new view is horrible. The display area to view emails is so small and the message bar is too wide, takes up so much space I can only see 4 emails at a time; at least bring back the option for classic view so we have the option to choose.

I hate this new platform.....how can we choose to get out our platform back
