Block and delete all emails from a sender in spam folder
I want to block the sender and delete all existing messages from them at the same time in spam folder without opening the email.
When I use the toolbar on a desktop web browser, Yahoo Mail should prompt me with a confirmation box that blocks the sender and deletes all their emails even if they are in the spam folder.
How we should be able to do it:
- Check the box next to the sender's email (or hover over the email and click the magnifying glass to isolate all emails from them first).
- Click the three dots (More) icon in the top toolbar.
- Select Block sender(s).
- A pop-up window will appear. Make sure both checkboxes are selected: • Block all future emails • Delete all existing emails
- Click OK or Submit to confirm.
Yahoo should immediately wipe out the existing messages and automatically block future ones from reaching my email address.
