My idea is to give us the CHOICE to keep the old look if we want to. I have the "new look" on one of my email addresses, and it is AWFUL. The space where the email shows up is much smaller than in the old email address, making it DIFFICULT TO READ. I also do not like that you have to click thru several things to switch from one account to the other, rather than just hover over my name and have both addresses come up. I also do not like that I had to HUNT for where the "mark as unread" button is.

Yes, I'm old, and I have earned the right to complain when you baby yahoos go in and switch everything around when we do NOT want it changed!! Some day you will be old, too, and then you will understand.

Also, I liked the nice colored border at the top--I had a different one on each address, and it helped soften the look of the page. The new look is all white, and it is VERY GLARING to older eyes. Really really hard to have that in my face all the time. With all the concern about the effects of computer brightness/rays on the eyes, you would think you'd be concerned about our eye health. (I have macular degeneration, so this is definitely a concern.)

PLEASE let us choose to stay with the old way we are used to seeing. It was really great, just the way it was. If you want to do something to change it, add some pretty stationery options, like you used to have. That is the ONLY thing I would like to change!
