Urgent recovery of my missing contact lists
Since Yahoo Mail automatically switched to its new version, all the contact distribution lists I had previously created and used regularly in my account, bridgecoruna@yahoo.es, have disappeared.
These lists contained numerous email addresses, carefully organized into groups over several years, which I use to communicate with bridge players and clubs and to organize tournaments and activities.
The individual contacts may still exist, but I can no longer find or access my previously created distribution lists.
I did not request or authorize this change, and I was not warned that my lists could disappear.
I am not asking to create new lists. I need Yahoo to restore my original distribution lists, including their names and all the contacts assigned to each one, exactly as they were before the update.
Please confirm whether these lists are still stored in my account and provide clear instructions on how to recover them.
This situation is seriously affecting my ability to communicate with my groups. I would appreciate your urgent assistance and a specific solution rather than general instructions on creating new contact lists.
Thank you for your attention.
