provide an email account that allows users to easily read emails
Due to the recent changes. It is super challenging to actually read emails. The adds occupy so much space that considerable scrolling is necessary to somewhat make out the full context. It seems as though I will have to pay to "maybe" gain the ability to read emails. I have been a loyal yahoo user for decades, however I will need to find a new platform if yahoo remains no longer user friendly. Additionally, the phone and laptop access rarely sync, so I often find a need to double delete or organize mail. If yahoo plans to stick around, I recommend focusing on user experience for your next update, and I would do it soon if you would like to keep your long time users.
