Subject: Concern Regarding Inability to Block Spam Emails in New Yahoo Mail Version

Dear Yahoo Support,

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding a feature that appears to be missing in the newer version of Yahoo Mail.

Under the previous version of Yahoo Mail, I was able to block unwanted senders directly from my Spam folder. However, with the current version, that functionality no longer appears to be available. This has made managing persistent spam messages much more difficult and time-consuming.

What I find particularly concerning is that I am paying for a Yahoo Mail subscription, yet I seem to have lost access to a feature that was previously available and highly useful. Frankly, I cannot understand why a paid service would remove or restrict functionality that helped users better control unwanted emails.

I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why this feature was removed or changed, and whether there is a way to restore the ability to block senders directly from the Spam folder.

If this feature is no longer supported in the current version, please advise whether there is an option to revert to the previous Yahoo Mail interface or version where this functionality existed. If reverting is possible, I would appreciate detailed instructions on how to do so.

I have been a Yahoo user for many years and expect a paid subscription service to provide, at a minimum, the same capabilities that were available previously. I would appreciate a prompt response and a practical solution to this issue.
