Dear Yahoo support team member,
I have been using Yahoo Mail for over 20 years. Below are some comments regarding the New Yahoo Mail:
1) The classic Yahoo Mail was excellent—the best web-based email service available. Now, I am very dissatisfied with this new Yahoo Mail.
2) It is no longer possible to choose a background color; you can only select between LIGHT, DARK, or DEVICE settings. What a pity!
3) Attachments from older messages do not appear within the messages themselves (unbelievable); instead, they are located in a separate folder, outside of chronological order. It’s a complete mess.
4) Scrolling through messages is now very slow. Why?
5) As I begin to get familiar with this new Yahoo Mail, I will keep an eye out for what else has changed for the worse.

I hope Yahoo takes my feedback into account to improve the new Yahoo Mail.
