Yahoo Mail composer
Hi! You’ve messed up the new interface. Here is the problem: When I set the interface to "dark mode," it looks great in the inbox. However, when I compose an email, the editor looks fine, but there’s a catch: even though the background in the editor appears dark gray, the actual email will have a white background! The recipient will receive an email with a white background. Since the background in my editor is dark gray, I might choose to write the email using white text. It looks fine to me—the white text is perfectly readable against the dark gray background—but the recipient won’t be able to see the text at all, because they’ll receive an email with white text on a white background. I hope that makes the issue clear.
The solution would be to ensure that the email composition window always has a white background, even when "dark mode" is enabled for the rest of the Yahoo Mail interface. Alternatively, the system should allow users to configure the inbox and the editor interface independently of one another.
