First, I would like to thank you for all your efforts, kindly know they are appreciated. And please know that I gave the new yahoo mail design a chance, but I just can't take it anymore.
The new design / appearance is extremely frustrating, and I am forcing myself to check my emails. The previous themed appearance was pleasant for the eyes. The emails were organized by time and font color was clear, the theme idea was great, and you can easily see what was read and what was not. And yes, the bottom ads were annoying (even though there were no ads at the bottom, and maybe it is a way to force people to hate the old design, but it is better than the new email design). But now, this new appearance is BULKY and confusing for my eyes. It gives me a headache every time I see it, they are a train railway under each other.

I have yahoo mail as long as I can remember, and any one says switch to another mail services I just say no, but now I am really considering it.
Sorry for this, but you need to do market research as soon as possible, and check with people about this.
