  2. You made searching emails WORSE! and it was already sketchy. You can't search on a keyword in the email.

    I agree with all other commenters. Bring the old mail format back. This "new" version is grotesque, unnecessary, and seemingly serves no other purpose than to justify the salaries of your programmers. It's remarkably telling that you never seem to ASK your users what they want...you just make changes for no other reason than to make changes.
