    It's hard to believe that the corporate entity is so blind and careless! Who could have decided
    (without offering any choice!) to suddenly rob us of personal arrangements that are SO MUCH BETTER than the jumbled mess we are stuck with now. And the gall of doing all this while
    Santa is watching!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Terrible that you erased all the care I took to set up a workable home page! Is it too late? What a bunch of crazies to be so ham-handed! Just dump it all on us with no reasonable choice or way to keep our
    records in tact! You are really numskulls!
