I have the same problem as David. I have not bullied, insulted or in another way violated guidelines. Early on, Yahoo did not allow emojis adn I didn't know that and I used laughing emojis. That's the only reason I used them. I have asked for an explanation but no one gives me one. I have seen other comments way worse than mine but they are published. It would be helpful if you told the commenter at the timw why the rejection. You have a feedback dialogue box...why?

Yahoo needs to specifically list the reason for rejecting a comment instead of "your comment violates community guidelines". I have commented "hi" and it was immediately rejected.

Other than "violating community guidelines", Yahoo never gives specific reasons why a comment was rejected. I have nt used profanity or called others names but apparently, there are words that gets a comment rejected. However, I have seen rude and inappropriate comments published. Yahoo needs to re-consider its policies and algorithms.

Give specific written reasons why comments are rejected. Saying community guidelines were violated is vague. Instead of "your comment was rejected. Why?" Yahoo should say a comment was rejected because of vulgarity or terrorism, etc. Apparently, Yahoo does not actually read the comments, rejection is arbitrary. My comments have been rejected even though I have not offended anyone or anything. Yahoo won't say why. Yahoo owes it to its readers to tell them why.

I think you owe it to your readers to specify why their comment was rejected. You have a feedback box that I have used frequently and yet you only reply generically.
