p.s. My buddy's league 127693 uses 40 Yd TD categories for pass/rec/rush and those are all zeroes as well.

Any progress on case number 15566943 ? My player list (2022 season totals) is still showing zeroes for passing/receiving/rushing 1st downs, pick sixes, fumbles (total and lost), D/ST and IDP kickoff/punt return yards and TDs.
    Thanks, Ric, league 232630

I see that the chat box is functioning again but now I'm even more disappointed seeing it has few new features. If it was taken down for maintenance, why was there no heads up on our league home pages or an error message telling us to try back after a time frame (rather than us staring at a spinning wheel with each attempt)?
At first I was really concerned that the system was overwhelmed by those renewing or starting up baseball leagues who no longer have a msg board option and worried if the server could handle heavy traffic this coming NFL season.
Chat does serve its purpose when joking around with league mates who happen to be online at the time (rather than creating a message board post resulting in email notifications to everyone) and would have come in handy to chat with others about NBA AllStar Weekend/NHL Stadium Series/XFL/etc. So, please do give us threads with topic headers so that chatter is separate from transactions. If you upgrade it to our liking, hopefully all will be forgiven because I sincerely enjoy using Yahoo! and, in these crummy economic times, do not want to see anyone lose their job. Reality sucks. So allow us to enjoy fantasy.

So the message board is history and now the chat box is a spinning wheel. When did Pete Buttigieg become Secretary of Yahoo Fantasy?

I think I'm reluctant to dump on Yahoo because I have no knowledge of costs involved in offering not only free message boards (there are no ads on that page) but also email notifications (again, zero ads). I hate it when people complain about ATM fees (the machines and maintenance cost the provider money) and I didn't feel like a jerk for snapping at students when they used debit or credit cards to purchase something from the candy rack in the College Bookstore (due to the store being charged a swipe fee). So, my point is, BRING BACK THE MESSAGE BOARD and email alerts and we'll tolerate whatever advertising is included. Problem solved. Happy users and profitable platform!! Am I wrong?

Oops! I meant to ask Oceans 45, since I didn't want to snoop around in someone else's league, does Fantrax offer a PLATE APPEARANCE stat category like Yahoo? I always ask ESPN Support to add that option well before each season's rollout to no avail. Maybe I'm overthinking this but shouldn't we reward players for each PA and "charge" them for each AB?
Also, unlike Yahoo which always emails me with "Heads up. So and so has joined your league", I only learn of new members at ESPN and Fantrax by bringing up the home page. It seems rude to not immediately welcome those who join.
Between notifications, roster positions and scoring options it's difficult to even figure which platform is my favorite. I really hope Yahoo reverses course because it seems to be the most popular historically.

Apologies to Oceans 45. I clicked your link assuming it was the standard invitation link rather than an automatic join link so I had to drop out but wish you luck.
Now here's my attempt at humor for the day: Without a message board, how will we be able to touch base?

I abandoned all other social media sites when I realized that my true friends are those who play fantasy sports with me and we've had a fun experience using your message boards to discuss every serious topic and share any silly link. Thank you for retrieving our archives but please reconsider you're preference for chat box over message board going forward. I've just read 22 pages of concerns from serious managers and commissioners who depend on the board (and utilize it properly). I propose a trade: Bring back the board for them and I'll refrain from being silly in the chat. Thank you, Not Threatening To Leave ... because, you have to admit that the best part of Yahoo's home page "news stories" is the witty comments from your users.

Sorry Yahoo (and NFL dot com) but ESPN wins this round. It allowed 16 of us to play all season. No one lost interest in November because they were in the bottom 8 because, even if in last place after our regular season, the expanded consolation bracket allowed them to possibly move up from 16th seed to a 9th place final finish. In Yahoo, I've found that managers who fail to make the playoffs disappear on me in spite of my guarantee of non-snaking reverse order of standings draft picks.

I'd like to see this as an option in Yahoo. You may gain some users who play in ESPN solely for their TQB (as well as Punter and Head Coach) position options. I like to do both individual QB for the risk/reward and TQB just to have a unique setting to convince managers to play in multiple leagues.
As a compromise, would this be possible? ... Allow us roster positions of "Starters" and "Backups" and, prior to kickoff, Yahoo designates quarterbacks as "SQB" or "BQB" and then managers can have fun deciding whether they want both QBs from the same NFL team to play it safe or go with the most likely backup to see action ... perhaps the backup to your weekly opponent's starter so that, if they are benched or injured, it's a win/win.
