Congratulations! You have managed to ruin mail for the majority of your users. If we wanted a poor imitation of Gmail, we would be using that service. The AI summaries feel intrusive and redundant, take up screen space and are totally useless and more often then not wrong. Only two choices for Theme and both are harsh and hard to read, not to mention ugly. Weird rounded edges on the 'boxes' are distracting and unattractive. Folders no longer on the main screen, no tabs, and the trash and spam folders hidden and no longer under our control. You say it is more intuitive, but it is not. You say it is more personalized, but it is not. All personalization is gone, replaced by an unintelligent AI and a lack of choice.

The last thing I want is your AI sticking it's virtual nose in my business. It feels intrusive and makes me feel that my mail is less safe.

I find the colors visually exhausting. The white is too bright and the dark is too dark. I previously had a nice calming blue background which was easy on the eyes. At least give a middle road!

Very unhappy that my email was changed without my permission. You have been told countless times by countless people that we do not like it and wish to keep our email the way it is. ****, if I had my way I would have the ORIGINAL yahoo mail which was far superior than the **** you keep trying to force upon us.

They are too selfish to listen to what their customer base is telling them. This new mail is not good enough to switch to. Too many problems and less functionality. But they don't care about us only about their worthless new product.
