    At this moment, there is a national security crisis with the Secretary of Defense leaking classified information to the world from his chat group. NOTHING is showing up on my landing page regarding this. I only see a quiet note that the Supreme Court holds a decision regarding ghost guns. What is happening????? Why does Yahoo! not show what the **** is going on with our National Defense?? Really? Aren't you concerned???? This is clearly Yahoo! cowering to the bullies of D.C. So said. Please grow a backbone.   4. Stop overlaying ads over news feed

    Stop tracking ads over your news feed. You’re obfuscating and allowing ads to track the news feed, allowing the ad to be displayed over the news feed that is scrolling articles making it difficult to read the news feed. I’m only one user. But ignore this at your own peril. I’m considering moving to another news source in lieu of your annoying ads

  8. Get rid of bot censors in comments

    Stop auto deleting comments on articles saying they violate rules they very obviously don't break. Stop censoring basic conversations while allowing hate speech. Stop looking like hypocrites for doing the exact things you state you don't do.

  12. I dislike tremendously the new format.

    Revert to the old format, you resemble the worst type of aggregator site. I had stayed on as a user for years based on many GOOD years of product rollouts, this is absolutely horrible. Continued use of this new format will lose you a visitor.

  18. Grammar mistakes and typos on Yahoo news

    I just read four random news articles on Yahoo news and three of the four had grammatical errors. One was missing a connecting word in a sentence. The other two had used the wrong word. In one article, the word was literary instead of literally.

    Do you all not have editors or even AI that checks the articles? ****, I use the grammar check on Microsoft Word, and it catches almost everything. It is irritating that journalists on Yahoo are apparently not using these tools or even people to proofread their work.

  19. Replies in News

    It used to be when you got an email with a reply to a comment in Yahoo News and clicked on the link in the email it would directly to that post. It still happens very rarely and mostly just takes you to the story and you have to scroll through everything to find it which is nearly impossible if your comment was a reply to a reply as too cumbersome. Can we have the direct path back please.

  20. Stop using artificial intelligence to caption stock photographs.

    The AI-generated captions are so generic they are of little value. Maybe they are useful for blind users, but from what I've seen they are frequently incorrect or simply banal descriptions. Please employ real humans if you think you must provide captions for news article photos (which, by the way, are often not useful in any way other than to clutter the pages with color).
