Suspected Coordinated Troll and Bot Activity in Yahoo News Comments
Hello Yahoo Team,
I am writing to raise concerns about the integrity of the Yahoo comments section across news and political articles.
I have a very strong impression, after reading the comments on the following article and many others, that a significant portion of the activity may be driven by coordinated, low-quality, or potentially inauthentic accounts:

Stop Censoring our Comments

I was about to comment on a story about the exodus from California...I believe my first comment after 20 years of being a yahoo account member, as I was typing my first sentence...apparently I was stopped as commenting "HAD ENDED" after 335 comments. I have seen comments with tents of thousands of comments before. WHY WAS I STOPPED FROM COMMENTING? ACTUALLY YAHOO HAS GOTTEN SO BAD, SO UNUSEABLE I WILL BE LEAVING SOON! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! MAYBE YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY ALLOW PEOPLE TO COMMENT WHEN YOU ADVERTISE THAT THEY CAN,,,WHAT A NOVEL IDEA!

Stop repeating the same "article" multiple times. Delete articles that are old, not current, and without actual dates they originally occur
Too many redundant articles. Old no longer relevant, undated, articles mis-lead current status: (flight cancellations due to government shut-down.). "Currently.com" isn't current.

Please add a feature to suppress selected news sources form my news feed.

Dark Mode for Yahoo Home Page please
I see where I can enable dark mode for Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Finance, and Yahoo Fantasy.
I found a post that talked about a settings icon on the Yahoo home page, and either that article was wrong, or the settings icon is not easily discovered at all - nor does the Yahoo Help indicate that there is such an option.
I'm heavily considering using another home page than Yahoo, since it's the only one that I cannot get working in a Dark Mode and it's glaring white pages strain my eyes.1040th ranked -

Stop forcing 2 step-verification on users.
God ****** turn off the 2 step verification you activated saying "suspicious activity" I cannot control where my ISP routes me or my VPN. I am so sick of this *. I can see a couple of days, but I have to keep logging in to another account to get into yahoo and I'm tired of this *. Yes, this not very professional, but either are your actions. If you think there is a problem, email to my recovery asking whatz uuuup. Stop doing the FORCED 2 step.

Add a feature to allow users to prevent articles from specific sources from being included in their news page.
There are some news sources I consider offensive or that resemble advertisements that I would prefer to suppress from what I see.

Screen ads better to prevent click bait ads
I received a breaking news email from Yahoo! mail today and under it were 3 ads. One mentioned Assisted Living but when opened it displayed information about an entirely different topic. When I went back and clicked it again, I saw information about another different topic. The is click bait, so as a result of my not being able to easily inform Yahoo! of this ad (there were no three dots or x or ad arrow) I am unsubscribing from Yahoo! news entirely.

Cannot see comments anymore
I cannot see comments to articles anymore, do you know of a way I can get this fixed? My email is whiemcke@yahoo.com. I am using Edge as y browser and even tried Chrome, that isn't working either. Any help would be appreciated! Bill
