Schedule/Scoring Formats - Guillotine League

This league type eliminates the lowest scoring team every week and sends that team's players to the waiver wire to be bid on by the remaining teams. This process continues until there is only 1 team left.

    Can you add the power rankings function to the guillotine format? It works in the other formats - you can see the total projected points from each team - so it shows you who the best/worst teams are projected to be throughout the season. Thanks!

    Many people on autodraft in public leagues and every pick takes the full 1min timer. That’s tedious and annoying for people who are actually there to draft!

    I am THRILLED that you guys added guillotine leagues to your offerings. I've actually been manually running a guillotine league on your site for the past seven years (and I added another two years ago). The only drawback was that your live scoring wasn't ideal for that format, so I'm super excited to see the changes you've made there for guillotine leagues. There's only one problem -- I can't move my leagues over to your guillotine format because our league has 19 owners and runs the full 18 weeks of the season! I think you should allow for 18 Week/19 Owner leagues. If this was an easy change you could make for this season, that would be even better!

    Hi. I understand that there are "new things" about the report card, but...

    Honestly, it is still terrible.

    It's not an analysis. It is a reaction to draft order according to TDP, and that's meaningless.

    Maybe next year.

    Guillotine fantasy is a fun elimination style of fantasy. Each week the lowest scoring team is eliminated, and their entire roster gets put into free agency for the remaining teams. The league goes until there is only 1 team remaining.

    This would be a great addition to the fantasy football options. It would be great if you could have a additional drafts after the first draft was over. Let's say you have 8 teams, the league could be run twice during the regular season if a redraft was allowed.

    Add a guillotine feature. Add the doubleheader weekly scoring (hth and vs league avg)

    Currently we have to do this manually, and in cash leagues, the commish can't lock a team from making lineup changes and adds/drops. I had to get Yahoo to do that after I dropped all of the team's players back into the FA pool. We need a way to set up the league specifically to have that enabled as a commissioner to lock teams from trying to add players back. Plus, to Sean's point, not have it affect the player's rating all season long when you get eliminated during the season - just a rating boost/decline at the end of the season based on where you finish in the standings

    Yes, but make sure eliminated player doesnt feature any future matchups. Nobody wants their Level status affected for taking "losses" in every week after they got eliminated.

    Doing one and manually this year.. Wish they had a format to do all the work in resetting points each week, dropping lowest scoring player, and adding their players to the waiver pool.. Also I cant get live scoring on my phone for points only league

    that vampire leauge idea.... please explain? i imagine it's something similar to come back from the dead? similar concept, different name?

    Add the option for a Vampire League. Currently we have to set this up and run it manually.

    Can you add the option for guillotine leagues? These are leagues where the lowest scoring team is eliminated and it’s roster is put back into the player pool to be available for waivers/free agency to the teams surviving. This happens until there is one team left
