  5. Teach your customer services a bit of manners and knowledge on how to do their "job"

    I haven't been able to access my account and I have never spoken to such an unhelpful team in my entire life.
    your customer service team is a joke.
    I've then had to go an create a new account to submit this because no one would help me. Both me and my partner are disgusted at the poor quality treatment we have received today

  12. How can I find contact list to set a new person's name and email address? can I go back to your previous version?

    I have a lot of problems with using your new email set up for example,
    1- I can't click to see attachment and have to scrol down the page.
    2- I can not find where to click to set up contact names and their email addresses.
    3- There are many other difficulties in using your email system which I'm coming across when I use your email sinse you set the new email version. I have already sent feedbacks regarding this but got NO REPLY OR IMPROVEMENT from you!!!!

  13. Mend you Sign In system please. For several attempts I was told to sign in using my usual device even though 99% of any year I only use this

    Don't have a feature on your system that forces your customers to use any particular device. Some people only have one and some people have several.
