    I have an "email" which is actually an ad served up by you, for MacAfee "your card payment has failed? Update payment"
    Clicking the ad takes you to a phishing site.

  2. Email account recovery assistance

    My yahoo mail ....belvent@yahoo.co.uk is locked up for about a week.
    My Nigerian recovery number ......234-8093113911 can not access network from 9mobile for technical reasons the company is witnessing.
    My working number is 234-8023379708 and alternate email is mcstanbell@gmail.com

  4. Please solve the UNREAD mails sync problem

    Hello,
    I don't know why on my iphone all my emails are up to date, while on my desktop i have 1k unread emails, emails that i've already been through and already deleted/ solved etc.
    Please help me fix this bug and sync the PC mail to the iphone mail.

    Please do not include the number of SPAM emails in the notification balloon for how many new emails i have in my Yahoo inbox. It is a tad annoying to see the little red box advising you that you have unread emails, so you click on your inbox, only to find there is nothing new in your inbox.

  8. Log-in problems

    I live in China and use a VPN for all my otherwise blocked sites - including Yahoo. The sign-in process on my laptop has become a total nightmare the last few days as a 'robot' continually requires me (a human) to prove I am not a robot. Tapping on hydrants, cars, bikes etc and knowing I am getting every single one correct I get told I have used too many attempts and 'come back tomorrow'. This is the most inefficient and time-consuming (for a human) system going. I have used others more efficiently. I have used Yahoo for 20+ years…

  12. Get rid of the "not a robot" annoyance at login.

    I am heartily sick of having to prove I am not a robot every time I sign in. I'm afraid you have been touched with the stupid google brush and have become very annoying.

    you have an email size limit of 25mb but it says file to large on a 17kb file make it make sense give you feed back on why its not sending or just make it do what its supposed to

  14. Resolve the Change Password DNS error

    Your email is insecure. The option to change a users password results in a DNS error - every time it is used. I can send you a screenshot.

    I had to use a different link to change my password in the end as the primary link does not work. Please contact me to resolve before I share a review with TrustPilot.

  17. Yahoo cancelled my account with Freecycle by saying their emails were spam

    I am really mad at Yahoo. I have been a member of Freecycle, an online recycling and repurposing platform to reduce waste, for over 10 years. Every day I get lots of emails about household items that people in my neighbourhood no longer need and are giving away for free to save them going to waste. Obviously I am not interested in every item that is offered so I delete those emails, and I only respond to items which I would like to rehome.     When will Yahoo actually tell us why a comment is rejected and show the actual comment that is rejected so it can be modified?
    Seems Yahoo only likes comments that agree with its narrative/
    Also when someone comments on my posts I would like to be taken to that ACTUAL COMMENT and not have to search through hundreds of comments just to find my post.
