Can't sign in on old account
How do I directly contact Yahoo? I have a long standing email account but when I try to sign in it says it wants to send me a code to my mobile. Problem is that the mobile number is not my current one. I do not have any other verification method. I've signed up for a new Yahoo account but the "Help" section is useless. I need to be able to send an email to Yahoo but how do I do this?

Hi,
I need app password to set up my outlook 2019, however everytime I go to my yahoo mail when I try to go account security to reach app password, by cliking account info below my account symbol, Yahoo always bring me to the page asking the password. if I fill in the password it will go to my mail pages and if I access account info then it will gi page asking password again.

Constant failed connections when access news articles and email using either Chrome or Firefox in Yahoo.co.uk.
Technical fault with connections to Yahoo.co.uk, occurs frequently during the day and night. Has been going on for months and isn't getting any better.

Reinstate comments
A temporary suspension of comments impossed, so long ago, my beard has turned grey needs to be re-instated. Mnay of the articles are inacurate or plainly wrong and need correcting. By continually suspending comments you are, in effect, removing free speach and allowing journalists (lol) to get away with false articles. I for one have not used Yahoo for many, many months due to this issue and decided to come back as I was sure it had been reinstated but no. So i will try again in six months. Bye!

Make it easier to report Yahoo! News articles containing errors!
Hello, I get the feeling that I'm still not in the right place but....
I've just managed to speak to a human with a US accent from "Yahoo! premium support".
After holding for a while he assured me that my only option to try and get an erroneous news article on your assorted web sites fixed is to use the "feedback" form on the Yahoo! web site. I'm giving that a go, but perhaps you can suggest a swifter option?
