  1. How can I find contact list to set a new person's name and email address? can I go back to your previous version?

    I have a lot of problems with using your new email set up for example,
    1- I can't click to see attachment and have to scrol down the page.
    2- I can not find where to click to set up contact names and their email addresses.
    3- There are many other difficulties in using your email system which I'm coming across when I use your email sinse you set the new email version. I have already sent feedbacks regarding this but got NO REPLY OR IMPROVEMENT from you!!!!

  2. Why is the CALENDAR not working? Direct links never work. Go to MAIL and the click the calender icon is OK. Next month crashes. PLS FIX IT

  4. Get the 'Contact Us' option working

    I have a problem with missing emails. FAQs don't have enough options, and the 'Contact Us' option doesn't work. Is it really beyond the realms of possibility to be able to send an email to Yahoo to ask for help?

  5. Sinking ship

    Yahoo has gradually been getting worse and worse over the past 12 months.

    There is no structure to the stories, you have world news mixed in with sports or celebrities or some random click-bait stories with misleading headlines. The previous version of yahoo was much better, I'm not sure why it was changed. Often the same stories are there for days at a time and the quality of reporting on some of the articles is dreadful.

    The amount of 'sponsored' stories and advertisements on the page is just getting out of control now. Yahoo has sold out big time to…

  7. Why are none of the replies to our comments on the news pages in time posted order?

    Ok Yahoo so you updated your homepage which nobody likes. One of the most irritating things you've changed (and there are many) is why the replies to our comments on the news pages are not in time posted order. They're all over place. Why can't you (like you used to) put the first reply FIRST under the comment, second reply SECOND, third reply THIRD, etc, like you used to.   14. Please make available an email for reporting phishing. I received a fake security email and want to report it.

    Have an email available for reporting/forwarding phishing emails, like one I received asking me to confirm my username and password (I didn't, of course). Other companies do this. If you already have this, could you put it somewhere prominent on your homepage?

  17. Why do we need to confirm we want to sign out or clear our spam folders?

    Why oh why Yahoo do we now need another tick box to confirm that we want to sign out? We've already clicked on the sign out button, we don't need to click again to confirm we want to sign out. If we did sign out by mistake, which is highly unlikely, then all we have to do is sign in again. No need for another sign out page asking us if we're sure we want to sign out.   19. The New Layout is dredfull. Please go back to the original format as soon as possible.

    Your New look is not at all acceptable. Please go back to the original format and stop including the fake news ie. ads in the news story format. Not Cool. Stop it. it has no place being in the News setup.
