  1. Please ensure that the character string box in the send-verify have something for user to type then verify and send.The box is empty

    Please check to ensure the character string box have something to display for user to type, then system verify and send out the mail. Whenever something new is implemented, please check and test to ensure things can be done smoothly. Just like the "send-verify" feature which is implemented but user cannot send out mails for weeks due to the blank box displayed and user cannot type for system to verify, thus it's so frustrating when all 'send' mails are held up due to this problem. Please check and rectify it immediately, thank you.

    Please note that your latest email system is causing so much confusion that it prevents proper housekeeping and lead to people abandoning their mails in the account instead of diligently housekeeping their mails. It results in wastage of storage servers (as happened in Gmail) at your end. For the sake of users and yourself, please return us the old format of sorting my senders subjects date etc... to facilitate our housekeeping and sorting.

  15. Unable to look at "My Comments" in specific account to track back my previous comments in yahoo news.

    Please fix this. I think only selected accounts are affected because I only have this problem with only one account and not with other emails I signed up with yahoo. Whenever I tried to click "My Comments" to track back previous comments I made, I received "Server Error: CMT-AJ-FLT-RIVD". My 2 other emails which I don't normally use to post yahoo comments worked just fine.
