Missing text/images in "Today" panel after scrolling
My Yahoo page has a panel titled "Today." It used to allow me to scroll through news headlines, 5 at a time. It still scrolls, but after the first page (1-5), the group of 5 images and text are blank. The lead article for the group of 5 does change until I get to 20-25 and then it doesn't change either. At 26-30 the container panel for the panels collapses. The Help Site doesn't appear to give me an option to describe what looks like a bug. Security question doesn't work anymore for old accounts.
If you have an account made more than 10 years ago and you forgot the password and you didn't configure a backup email or phone number. You can no longer recover that account. After responding correctly to the questions, I receive a notification to try it again on a computer I am using more often. (I think the last computer I used this account on now it's trashed in some recycling center). Any idea on how can I bypass the need to use that old recycled computer that I don't have access in years?

Current Location is wrong. Affects Weather and also "Near Me" searches
Weather shows current location often over 90 to as much as 200 miles off. I am also finding when I search for a business "Near Me" it returns businesses in the location that Current Location on the weather shows.
What's strange is if I click "Detect My Location" it comes up correct, but go to another screen and back and its wrong again.382nd ranked -

I cannot get into my email because you want me to validate it, but my validation

This is about signing into my Yahoo account. I am a long time user. I want to keep using Yahoo, but it is difficult now. Code via text.

Yahoo is harassing me and attemoting to make me pay for help under the pretense of security
I am traveling. Yahoo keeps forcing me to create new passwords under the pretense of security. But it is simply Yahoo's utter incompetence. Likely in the interest of their further (paid) "help" scam.
I need not change my password constantly because I used a different VPN server. Or because I traveled internationally. This is a NEEDLESS pain **********. And Yahoo needs to use their brains and think before they subject me, or anyone else, to anything like this. Especially under the pretense of security/help. Because it is harassment and the opposite of both security/help.
