Login resolution
It is completely unacceptable that my other email account is being locked out, despite me entering the password correctly. It is asking the security questions, and refusing access because I do not remember them. This should not be happening when I enter both user and password correctly. I called and support would not verify identity with driver license or with the fact that both accounts have been accessed from the same device for years. That should associate the locked one with the other, providing an avenue to confirm identity. But noone can work "out of the box"...and it's a very small box. :( Terrible. I'm losing access to 25+ years of messages and contacts due to a spontaneous need to verify security questions, despite correct password entry.
