Please give reasons for failing to post comments. The retry button is of no use. I had been a longtime user of Yahoo. I am discouraged to use yahoo.com anymore. googlegroups
All googlegroup emails are going into SPAM no matter what the subject is. This is not acceptable. Every other email systems accepts them just fine, except Yahoo.

PLEASE stop signing me out of my account every couple of weeks. My computer has a minor bug that I can't find and get rid of and every time you sign me out of Yahoo it also signs me out of my bank, shopping sites, etc. and it is a big pain in the ************* to have to sign everything back in! Absolutely no one but me has access to this computer and I really find this unnecessary and annoying. Thank-you.

I was talking to a representative sounded Indian he did not give his name either. He was supposed to help recover my account. After I told him I didn't have my physical ID he hund up on me while I was still talking. I was telling him to please wait I have one more question, but h still hung up. I have used my customized 'my.yahoo.com' homepage for quite a few years now. About 3 weeks ago my home page disappeared, and all I get is an error message that reads: "We're sorry! Your customized page is temporarily unavailable. Please refresh or try again later." What is going on, Yahoo? This is very frustrating.

Please fix the two-step authentication through the application. It doesn't work at all, after I scan the QR code and enter the 6 digits, it keeps telling me that they are wrong.So I can't activate two-step authentication through the application.Thank you very much!
