you post countless videos that were aired on tv and published by FOX and other publishers that contained closed caption, yahoo has no concidration for that accessibility of the deaf and hard of hearing . i have been requesting this for over 3 years and i have been totally ignored. at this point you either comply with the law or you will face legal actions, i am not going away !!! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW!!! if i must face you in court then so it be and that is a national news story too…

1) Teach your people what a seizure is. 2) Stop posting Verizon ads with rapid flashing. 3) Don't make ridiculous requests like "expose yourself to the ad and take a screenshot during the seizure."

Just STOP with nag screen to white list. Ads are VERY distracting to me, and the ones that blink/move pop up, or are multicolored flash

Seriously, keep your ads on your home page, but keep them off the email. When I'm on Email, I have no intention of looking at advertised stuff. I've already done that part.

return the home page advertisements to their former layout (ad banner at the top of the page with the small word option "collapse". Having huge full-screen ad's (FORD most recently) with the home page news shrunken down is asinine. I'm disabled (physically and visually) and can't read the words cause they are reduced to permit this monster ad to show: top, bottom and both left and right. I've been a loyal YAHOO customer for 19 years and I'm planning to switch now.

The password can still be all lower case or upper case..It should not matter as long as it has letters number and symbol it's fine..

First of all you need to have an actual "Contact" place where we, your customers, can actually get in touch with someone at Yahoo.
Simple, let us contact you. Quit playing pretend contact games. Be there for us. Maybe Firefox will be more friendly. I don't want to post this I want you to read it. i want to be able to talk with someone. What are you afraid of?
