Actually, that YTD performance is correct, in a way. I believe mutual fund performance data from Morningstar is only updated monthly.
For example, if you look at the "Performance" tab, you'll see the performance stats are as of the end of January. So the fund was up 5.72% from Dec 29 to Jan 31. You can verify that using historical quotes -- from $93.45 to $98.80.
The 2017 performance was 21.79%, also from the "Performance" tab.
