need a fix using yahoo mail
When opening an email, ( and having to catchup after couple days,) I open the top one, click on the " from name" to search for all others with same from name. The page will not hold still and it keeps going an unwanted way. hovering on the name causes a drop down box with choices. I want the bottom line, but the page will not hold still. as I click, it puts in a phone number, and or makes it bigger so my click ends up opening a new email, or going to a phone number.

It seems that many of my friends don't recive the emails from me and I don't recive the emails from them
After I send the Email, I always check the " sent folder" and it seems to be alright, but is not. It didn't happen only to me so what is the problem?

Stop moving my mail into Views
Stop moving my email and/or attachments into the View folders. I don't want them. Every time I "Hide" them, they come back. I couldn't find my receipts from Amazon until I looked in Purchases and there were my missing receipts. They should have stayed in my Inbox until I moved them myself to where I wanted them. Or a filter I created moved them. I should have the option of whether I want to use "Views" or not.
The Views in Yahoo Mail aren’t folders. They’re actually saved searches that pull up different emails based on their content. Thus, the only way to move emails out of them, is to delete the email itself.

Please stop reporting that the settings are out of date. It is CONSTANT! Or, make it easy to fix it. It is SO annoying!

You’re most likely seeing this from the Windows Mail app. Try removing and re-adding the account to app or contact Microsoft for more support.

My email auto closes when using the scroll wheel on the mouse.

Can't even search and I desperately need to sodding thing to work.

Folders
Why am I unable to create a new folder? The option is not there when choosing to move an email.
You’ll need to create a new folder before you’re able to move one over. Check out the “New folder” option under the Folders list on the left.

This is actually a Help topic. I've probably done something wrong a couple of days ago, and have lost all messages from April 19th to June 2
HELP! I've lost all messages in my Inbox from April 19 to Jun 24. Is there any way I can retrieve these -apart from going to each of my Folders to check??

We’ve tried and so far we have not been able to replicate this issue.
When downloading a file, please note that you must click on either the file name or the download arrow within the file icon. Clicking on the attachment thumbnail (the box with file icon inside it) will not download the file.
We made this click to download area smaller to avoid unintentionally downloading files.

Search doesn't show what folder the results are from
When I click 'Search', it returns results from all places/folders, eg: Inbox, Sent Items, etc & any custom folders I have created & moved emails to, however it does NOT show which folder the searched item is found in.
When I'm trying to filter items & move them to a new folder, I can't see which ones I have moved & which ones I haven't.
There is no option to only search in one particular place/folder (eg: Inbox only).
If you look to the right of the search result, there should be either the name of the folder it’s in or the name of the mailbox it’s in. If the latter, you can hover over the name of the mailbox it’s in and the folder location will appear.
You can search specific folders by clicking on the arrow in the Search bar and editing the “Search in” field.

When I move mails from "sent" folder to some other folder, all the messages show "me" as sender. I want to see to whom I had sent the mail.
I should have the option of displaying both "From" and "To" info.
When I move sent items to some other folder, all emails only show sender (me). If I have the option to enable "to" also them it will be very easy for me to go thru the folder and search required email.Try turning off Conversations. That should fix this for you.

WHERE is the Send button on this new format? Why did you have to mess with this?
When I reply to an email the Send button disappears. What, you think I write emails and don't send?

Don't want reminder emails from "me"
I don't like the reminder emails I get from my calendar being from "me". I preferred the way they were before when it was "Yahoo Reminder". The "me" thing really bugs me.

How about a HELP button?!!
I have no idea how to get any help from Yahoo. Had to click on settings and "give feedback", then get redirected to confusing page, and all I want to know is how to permanently set my font to a medium size.
Every time I compose a new e-mail I have to click on the font button and change it from small to medium. No way of permanently setting my font preferences.
Or maybe there is, but I can't see it, and since it's impossible to just ask Yahoo a simple question, I'm now writing this on some weird forum…
