Images not opening in emails
I am not sure if I have the old or new format (probably old, as I remember opting out of new one) but in the last week or so, when I open an email, it takes a while for it to load, but even then, the images within the email do nor come up, especially if it is from my online shopping websites. How can this be fixed?

You people are amazing, stop screwing with things we use everyday like email I'm ready to dump your *****.
Put the sub folder option back in the older email version. Nice of you to delete it and then want to charge us $4.99 to get help to figure out what the **** you did with it. You people need to leave well enough alone. We use this email system daily. Thank you for making life just a little bit tougher. IDIOTS!!!

False customer service numbers on search engines
I didn't know where else to put this so here it is.
Please check the sites listed on search engines when we search for Yahoo customer service phone numbers and want to talk to a real person.
I chose this one, called the number, and they nearly got away with holding my computer ******* for money to "fix" a supposed hack on my computer.
Thank goodness my Mac would not allow their computer access type software to be installed or I would have been suckered into paying a huge amount to "fix" my computer.
Even after 20+ years, I'm embarrassed…Thank you for your report. We have passed this along to the appropriate team.

Report Abuse, hotmail has a function to report abusive email.
So that yahoo can identify the abuser, and it helps if we have to report trolls or abusive email to police.

scroll bar
The scroll-bar on the side is not functioning. You can't go up and down to search email, even with the arrow keys. Folders column also...scroll bar dysfunctional. When you are check-ticking on your emails, and scroll down to next page, the ticks disappear.

If you have not logged into the account for more than a year the mailbox may have been purged and the emails unrecoverable.

Eliminate all scripts
Every day, usually multiple times per day, I have to click at the bottom of the screen "recover webpage" and then I have to click "stop script". We need a way to block all scripts.

When I click on an email it highlights it then jumps to another email and I have to search for the one I clicked on!! That's stupid !!~

Add a New Contact????
In the meantime, you can access contacts by clicking on the icon on the upper right side (small icon made up of a rectangle with three small stacked squares). This will open Contacts in a new tab of your browser in the Classic Mail look. You can also access your contacts via https://contacts.yahoo.com.

Basic to Full Featured Impossible
Moving from "Basic" mode to "Full Featured" mode is near impossible. Takes a PhD. I can't figure it out.

Where is the Send Button? I have wasted a lot of time and trashed messages trying to deal with this. Mail Pro is useless; go back to the old format. Why does this show up over and over and over and over again in the list of complaints? FIX IT!!!!

Hello! I'm having a problem emailing myself pictures, etc from my phone. First, my message would show up as spam and I could get it from there. I was careful to use the "not spam" feature in hopes that future messages from myself would go to my inbox. But instead my messages from my phone stopped showing up at all. Tried it again recently, and my messages to myself are getting sent to spam. Again I used the "not spam" feature. How can I convince Yahoo mail to stop interpreting my messages from my phone as spam?
