    If you cannot access an old phone to receive the Account Key, use a desktop computer to send the Account Key to your alternate email:

    - Go to the Yahoo sign in page.
    - Enter your email address | Click Next.
    - Click I don’t have access to this phone and you’ll see your alternate email.
    - If the email is correct, click Yes, send me an Account Key.

    I can't sign into yahoo email. It keep asking me to send a code from another email to sign in. What's Up with that.I can't seem to talk to a Yahoo Person either. Please someone help me. I must be doing something wrong but what?

  5. asked to add an account when I go into mail

    stop asking to create a new account every time I log in. So its been reviewed but still happens, get rid of it please!

  6. Please take care of your users! I have requested to speak with a specialist 5 or 6 times in the last two weeks, and no one has contacted me!

    Why is there no "call center" for Yahoo! Mail?
    Why is your chatting system not easy, and user friendly?
    Why do you take a very long time to check and review the "requests" your users submit?

  7. I have deactivated an account twice already and I am still get blasted at that account. ENOUGH.

    Follow through with your own operation. Also that account has a "past due for yahoo plus I never ordered purposely

  8. Your help.yahoo.com, provides ZERO help for spam. Why do you keep repeating this same BS??? How about answer the question??

    Why won’t you do anything about the spam?? Please just answer the question?? It’s so frustrating, that you provide basically no customer service.

  15. UAE TLD (.ae) Mistaken for Ireland TLD (.ie) under Subscriptions View

    in Yahoo Mail Pro, under (Subscriptions) view, I am receiving emails from IKEA UAE (noreply@family.email.ikea.ae), however, it is appearing as IKEA Ireland instead, which is incorrect.

  18. When printing, not all content is included

    When I try to print, not all content is included. For instance in an order confirmation the middle part is not included, where the order details are.
    I tried to forward the same mail to gmail, and from there I managed to create a printout (pdf) with all content

  20. Too hard to opt out of all the advertising cookies site by site. Make it a one click option.

    As a member of an EU country (for now at least) we have the legal right to opt-out of all the information sharing cookies but you have made this process to difficult, probably on purpose as many other sites make it a one click option. I have been a Yahoo mail user since the 1990's but because of this I am thinking of closing down my account.I just don't want all my information sold off to marketing companies.
