I cannot see images in emails!
Since a few weeks ago I cannot see images in my emails! I only see small broken icons instead! What's happening? Yahoo mail is my main email and you're forcing me to change to another email provider!

Cannot see the photos in my photos tab
Under the "Views" the photos isn't working. I can't see the photos in my emails anymore! it was way easier to see the photos I liked and delete the ones I didn't. please bring back this option. The settings to show email photos doesn't work.

Also, please make sure to update your browser and if the problem still persists try to access Yahoo Mail in another browser.

I need instructions on how to get the incorrect phone number that is sent from my yahoo.com email. Somehow someone elses number got linked.
It would be helpful if yahoo would post how to get an incorrect phone number off of an account. When I send an email it is sending someone elses phone number. I want my own phone number to be sent from my email. Thank You.

I need to get rid of these italics on every single letter in my mailbox! HELP!
How can I get rid of these awful italics on everything in my Mailbox?
Please follow these steps:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the Tools menu on the top right (three horizontal lines).
3. Select Options.
4. On the General tab scroll down to the Fonts and Colors section.
4. Set the Default Font to ‘Default (Times New Roman)’.
5. Click Advanced.
6. Check the option ‘Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above’ and click OK.
7. Restart Firefox. -

Explain how to change the FONT SIZE, I am tired of using a MAGNIFYING GLASS!!!!!!
This is usually due to your web browser’s zoom settings. You can hold down the CTRL key and either scroll up on the mouse wheel or hit the + key while CTRL is held down. Holding down CTRL and pressing 0 will return the zoom settings to default.

When I delete an E-mail, I expect it to stay deleted, not show up again at some later date.
Is this a Yahoo thing or a Google thing? Either way it's an annoying surprise.

Printing attachments was simple and easy from the old mail. New mail doesn't work.
New mail is terrible and does not function well at all. Unable to print easily, very jumpy and glitchy using and navigating the inbox. You have forced us into the stone ages, stop hiring idiots.
Thanks for the feedback. Save a hard copy of important emails you’ve sent or received. When you print an email, only the text will show. I can't delete contacts - how the heck can I?
How does one delete contacts? I can't find a way to do it.
In order to delete a contact, go to the Contacts icon from the right side of Yahoo Mail, check the box from the contact you’d like to remove, then click Delete.

Nothing works!
You took away the "views" that had some of my photos in it. We used to be able to attach photos from recent emails~~that is gone. We don't have any stationery. Please put everything back the way it was. This is getting to be too much to bear with~~you do something different every day and no one knows how to operate this stuff.

Why don't the emails from the old format show up in the new Yahoo email? Its like they have been deleted

To see your older emails, simply scroll down until they load.

ads in the user default language
I expect and can accept ads in a free mail service and when viewing videos, but would it make sense to have a filter on these ads so the ads displayed are in my default language. Now I get ads based on location that are not of interest and in a language that I have no interest in viewing. seems like it should be a basic parameter, maybe I am missing a settng

How do I email a link to a Dropbox file???? I can not find any way to do that.
Copy the Dropbox link and paste it in the body of the email.
