Get a message instead 'We experienced some difficulties when sending this mail' - when I try to click that new built up tap away, I get another message 'this message cannot be saved as a draft'. Both does not make ANY sense ...

  4. Responding to Yahoo request for me to send details

    The "Contact Us" button gets me to a paid subscription area and I can't find anywhere else to give you more information. As it is, the problem seems to have been fixed as my folders once again have contents. Yahoo really needs to up its customer service game!

  6. Why can't I stay signed into my e-mail account?

    I have to keep signing into my e-mail account every 10-15 minutes while working. Even when clicking remain signed in box. Why is that Yahoo? Never happened before, please fix issue.

  7. emails wont download on windows mail app

    Recently I have had constant issues with yahoo mail on the Windows Mail app including emails not downloading and many of those that do download rendering incorrectly.

    The ones unable to download are only a few KB in size, so it's hard to justify that after several hours of the email arriving it is still not downloaded and refuses to download if attempted manually.

    The emails with rendering issue will either show as either raw header data or raw HTML code, these are frustratingly hard to parse in the case of the HTML code, and completely useless in the case…

  10. The new settings that were made today. Please change them back.

    Please change it back to the way it was earlier today, where the body of the emails did not unless I clicked on them. It not being shown unless I clicked on them was what made me like Yahoo email better than MSN.com email since MSN.com email did not allow that. And if you could please not have those ads in the middle of the emails themselves, I would appreciate that too. Please change it to back to the way it was. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

  15. Adding Contacts to Group Contact Lists Never Works

    I have tried many times to add/update contacts in some of my Group Contact Lists and it NEVER works!!!! I've tried from my laptop and from my phone with NO success. I've been a yahoo girl for almost 30 years but if this feature continues to NOT work I will have to switch to Gmail. I've had to use Gmail for work and it works just great but I've remained a yahoo girl for all of my personal emailing needs. The bottom line is People Can't Use A Faulty Program.

    The options on the help site are very restrictive. It is hard to give appropriate feedback when the options are so specific. There should be a section for "other" help requests that don't fit a specific category.
