I can not receive emails

I think my account has been hacked as i'm unable to receive ermails but i can send from my account, i think someone has linked my account to theirs. can you please if possiable unlink me. its been over a few weeks now, this have been happening.Not getting the emails you expect is frustrating. I don't like the new format. The following are the major issues.
Here is what I hate about the new format.
1. I always change the viewing options to view by unread messages. With the new format, I have to do that when going from 1 folder to another and then back to the inbox. I want an option to save that format.I really hate the fact that the folders are not bolded when there are unread messages in them. mail auto refreshes when I'm searching for an email below. Suddenly, it will refresh and brings me again to top of the email
New Yahoo email keeps refreshing itself. Not sure why. If I am searching for emails and have gone down couple of pages, suddenly it refreshes the emails and brings me to top of the emails.

fix the broken alias system, I am losing emails and game accounts cause my alias email now doesn't work, even if I switch to the other version of yahoo mail it still won't let me add my own alias address as a disposable address cause its already in use... by me, so I cant use it

I am trying to delete my account and as usual you make it deliberately difficult to do
You make things so difficult and then try and make people think that it is them who are the issue when in fact you do things ambiguously, purposely make it that it can be misinterpreted etc. ; basically not a proper way to do business.....I want to delete my yahoo account and you are making go around the world to to do it...I am not impressed

long time ago, i opened the junk yahoo email account but by mistake i setup a country other than usa though i lived in usa. due to this, i was not able to register for yahoo finance premium. i sent multiple emails to yahoo finance help and none of them helped yet to changed the account country settings. no one gives clues how to change this. it used to be yahoo id card and change account settings in the past, but not any more. i cannot change account regional settings. i really hate verizon not helping the yahoo customers and…

Need a way to export a large number of emails. It is too time consuming otherwise:(
Really need an option to export emails so they can be saved to a hard drive. Painful otherwise when you need hundreds of emails...

You can put the "block" function back in the "more" options. Sorting through all the spam to find personal emails is a pain in the *****
Easy, . . reinstate the blocking function. How hard can it be? You ask how you can improve New Mail, . . . you have your answer !

Unable to search by sender, date etc. Can you please advise how to do these things.
Unable to search or sort by sender, subject or date is very inconvenient. Previous version has all those facilities. Please enable those facilities.
Thanks for your feedback. I will pass this along. In the New Mail you are still able to sort your emails by date: “Newest” and “Oldest”.

To access Contacts, click on the Contacts icon from the upper right side. Then select the email addresses and click Delete.
