    Ok folks, I have a 4 digit yahoo email address **@yahoo.com. What is going on with yahoo mail. Suddenly I have a 2 tier logon and a capcon everytime. If you dont want me on the service just say so, there are plenty of others. But if you want loyal customers who send others to you, I honestly suggest you address this.

  3. I don't want an additional app. I want to use Outlook on my laptop and native email on my Apple phone. stop making me reenter my password

    update your system to allow flexibility. I don't want a new app for my email. i want to use outlook on my laptop and i want to use the native email on my apple phone. i want to add the account to Outlook and the native apple email and have my emails flow into those applications. please fix your system to stop making me reenter passwords and recommend i download your app. i don't want the app

  9. Trying to catch up on my e-mails

    In November of last year,I got hit with Covid for two weeks. For months,it's been a struggle just trying to get back to the top without much success. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get over this two week thing and get back to the way things were before I got Covid? Any suggestions will do.

  10. My email, after 25 years with yahoo has lost my contacts and won't auto complete when emailing

    looks like paying for plus for decades I go to get help and yahoo makes sure you can't we reached an era of maybe we don't need all this stuff that was for convience that now is worse than ever before, what a waste of money getting nothing in return, some tech support persons monkeying around in the syetm and broke it, judging by many similar complaints and for them, no answers, somewhere in here, is an up-charge for an issue created by them.

  11. Why is it that when I send myself an email from my phone it doesn't show up when I get to my computer? I need to send pictures.

    I want to take pictures on my phone and be able to email them to myself but they never come through once I get to my computer to upload them to another email I need to send to someone.

    There are many times that i try to send an email whith an attached file and then a problem appears. Yahoo can't complete the sending and it says that the message can't be saved to drafts. Also, an exclamation mark appears in the attached file.

  15. Technical Glitch - Continuous Loop on "Account Info" Page

    There is a recurring problem when attempting to access the "Account Info" section on the Yahoo website. Upon clicking the "Account Info" link, the page refreshes itself, which is already frustrating. However, the situation worsens when I am prompted to log in again, and instead of gaining access to the "Account Info" page, I am redirected back to my inbox. This continuous loop has made it virtually impossible for me to access and manage my account information effectively.

    While composing emails, in recent months, I am often unable to throw lines. And I am unable to find out why this is, and how to get out of that situation. I usually have to abandon composing and then have to use an alternative email service.
