Cannot "X" out unwanted contacts in CONTACT list
Autofill now does not let me "X" out email addresses Yahoo collects from every Tom, **** and Harry that contacts me and is not a real contact.
If I type in the letter "A", instead of seeing one of my contact names, I now see every person and company that's contacted me, that is too much to wade through and subverts the purpose of Autofill for CONTACTS.
I use Firefox. This problem has been occurring for at least three weeks as of 1/25/25.Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Folder / Rendering Issue
When clinking on items on the left, such as Sent, Drafts etc. the view first shows old list of the items, then quickly updates the view. The view should be shown up to date already as rendering the list of items, for example after sending a draft then revisiting the folder. Thanks.

Don't delete my emails
Used the new delete all emails from sender option & Yahoo promptly automatically deleted ALL my emails including those in Folders which is unbelievable (over 4000 deleted). Have tried 2 restore requests to no avail & impossible to contact a Specialist. Yahoo needs to do much better.

I have been using the Yahoo Plus email service, but my subscription recently ended due to a change in my credit card. I am trying to update my payment information and reactivate my Yahoo Plus subscription, but I am encountering some issues.
When I attempt to enter my address during the payment process, the system only allows me to select states from the United States, whereas I live in Turkey. This restriction prevents me from entering my actual address, and as a result, I cannot complete the payment process.

Getting rid of the Errors
I think it's time I should be able to edit where I live, and also to get my emails to come to the Inbox instead of Trash or Spam. I'm perfectly capable of deciding what goes where and am getting tired of having to check 3 separate boxes for emails from friends & businesses.

Why does Mail keep resetting my background?!!
Stop making changes! When I click on "mail" I just want to go to my email, not open as a new tab. When I get into my email I shouldn't have to keep resetting my background. Every. Single. Time. I don't know what's going on, but the changes that keep being made are annoying.

I went to HELP@Yahoo.com and it told me to look in the "Recycle Bin". There is no such thing!

Fix the issue with missing emails
There is no way to contact customer service to report that all the emails in my inbox have disappeared. It would be great for there to be a resolution for this. It is not a matter of restoring emails I deleted, it is a matter of fixing a bug with Yahoo! Mail.

Fix settings so they stick.
When I change the settings, I would expect them to save. Yet each time I open yahoo mail they are back to your default. Not liking this at all. Fix this.

advertising video freezes mail
Mail often freezes when advertising videos are trying to load. I'm using the current version of Safari and running MacOS Sequoia 15.1. If I make the Mail window on Safari too narrow to load video advertising, everything seems fine. If the window is expanded and a video tries to load, input in the mail screen freezes. A reload will clear things up until the next advertising video. I don't really care about the advertising but it shouldn't freeze the product. Not all video ads do. Emails that are opened should no longer be in bold as "unread".
This is less a new idea and really a bug.
1. Open an email
2. Go back to inbox
3. Opened email should no longer be bold as it is "read" not "unread"
4. Requiring manually marking it as read

Can't see anywhere to change size/fonds of yahoo!mail, why is that? Or is it somewhere and I didn't find it?

When I open an email, Yahoo automatically takes my original mail and pops it into a new window with no ability to go back or respond. STOP!!
