Fix your "New Mail" notification
Stop alerting me on the Yahoo page that I have 4, 5, 8 new emails when I only have 1, or none at all. Tired of having the number pop up, then check my mail, only to find out there's nothing new. How does this happen? Even if I click on the icon, then come back a few hours later, it says I have a couple new emails, but in reality I have none.

disposable addresses don't receive email
disposable addresses don't receive email
I've had disposable addresses for over 10 years and now besides many of the already existing issues, I'm not able to receive emails sent to them. If I try to send to them from another address I get:
"554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account (*******-basename@yahoo.com) [-9] - mta4390.mail.ne1.yahoo.com"

Lost emails
My email has been down for 4 days because you people in your upper echelon positions can't make decisions that allows the customers to access what we are paying you for. Because Yahoo and AT&T can't come to terms on merging that suits your pocketbook customers and the customer service employees are put in a trick bag. You people are not worth the ground you walk on better yet you are WORTHLESS. I will be changing my service to a company that is not so big until the customers don't matter. I sure you will not respond to this review…

The complete lack of any form of useful customer service is why I am leaving. I have had an email account for over 20 years, but if you decide to change the format of mail and not offer any customer support, then we have no choice but to go elsewhere.

email problem
I want to know why some emails show up in my inbox with no content, but when I go to Yahoo Mail, they are there. Spectrum says its your problem not theirs. I can't find a way to contact anyone about this.

issue with sending email
Hi, I cannot send email. I am replying to emails (from PC or mobile app), the error message is that we cannot send this message as its spam and contain links. Edit the message. There is no link in email reply but still its not sending messages. I tried almost 10 email id`s .. all messages are in my draft, nothing sent... Its urgent to send reply to the emails but not working.. No direct link to connect to yahoo.. yahoo chat option is worst... bad service and system..There should be a way to port email id from yahoo to…

Switching between regular and business mail has stopped working
Switching between regular and business mail has stopped working. I have to sign out and sign in under each username to access mail. This has been going on for weeks, and now yesterday and today my business emails will not open. When I click on a message there is a red line that says we are unable to retrieve this message. I PAY for this mailbox, and yet there is no customer service unless I upgrade?? Also, on the phone app my business mailbox has disappeared and does not add back in with manage mailboxes. If this is not resolved…
