contacts To
I want to add new contacts or edit contact's info from the To: CC: textboxes without out going to contacts page.

The new Yahoo Mail Pro doesn't allow the "right-click" or to hover over a received email to automatically add that email to your contacts list like the old Yahoo did. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered! We now have to either:
1. Go to the email, copy the email address (which isn't easy in itself, because it thinks you want to open a new email to send) and then go to the contacts list and paste it there
OR
2. Go the contacts list and type the information (which, if your lucky you can remember everything without copying and pasting)Not only did you FORCE us to use the "new" Yahoo, but you took away simple everyday functions that we have become accustomed to. GMAIL here we come!

Add me to the list. I want to be able to easily add a *sender* of an email to my contacts, from the email they sent me. I used to be able to do that, but in the new mail, when I mouse over their name, I get a popup with their name & email, but *no way* for me to add them to my address book.
C'mon guys, this is no-brainer, must-have functionality. I can't for the life of me understand why you dropped this key function.

There should be a way to attach your "contact" information to all outgoing email that is like a document that states there are all of my old email addresses, this is my preferred email address, this is work only and this is friends only.

Can no longer add a new contact to contact list direct from an incoming email as we used to be able to do.

I am seeing searches all over internet for the problems people have mentioned above, and mine, but no real solutions-1: no easy way to add new contact from an email 2 manually added contact (via old mail or new) will not come up on search for mail option unless I type in the entire email address myself- never offers possible choices or completes for me. For awhile I thought new owners great- paying attention to what people want/need or are having trouble with, but now I am thinking- what happened? Back to same old ignoring things- that's good enough for now? You could be known as the best there is, but not at this rate.

I'm unable to view my Yahoo contacts. Whenever i click on contacts icon i see only this message:
"We will be right back! Our engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue". This is very frustrating and has been going on for 3 months now. -

Emails do not Automatically save to contact list:
My email use to save any new email I sent out as a contact. Now it does not save those and I don't see an option anywhere to manually save those to my contact list. You get a format that is good and simple to use then you upgrade it and make it worst than the one before. Let me know how to save a new email as a new contact automatically. thanks -

Previously, we could click on a contact name in the "To" or "CC" edit box, and it would pop up with the contact info and allow you to edit directly. I miss this feature! I see others struggled to find the "Address Book" icon, and one issue is that the paradigm has shifted. For Millenials, Rollodexes died with great-grandparents. Even paper address books are a thing of the past. I'll recommend other icon choices in another feedback post... the current one looks like a three-toed foot of a Minecraft/block character (for those of you who are also struggling to find it ... look above the ads on the right .. if you don't have ads, well, not sure where it would show).

All I want to know is how to access my contact list. I need to add and delete names. I might have to switch to Apple Mail if I can't figure this out soon!
