How can we improve New Mail?

I cannot access my mail.....yahoo has been a complete pile of frustrating ****

in the last few months yahoo has been constantly sending messages saying they have blocked someone from trying to hack my account.....in the last two days i CANNOT ACCESS my email as yahoo says it CANNOT OPEN MESSAGES i am sooo frustrated with this as i have clients/orders /password resets....YAHOO IS RIDICULOUSLY FRUSTRATING.....I AM MOVING TO A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT!!

    Also....there is absolutely nothing i can do about it except rant on here!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR
