    Return the old format. Cannot use BCC and even when directed to go to the settings icon, it doesnt seem to work

    16,978 comments on just this one post not counting the other posts with dislikes about the new format and yet the response is "we continually strive to improve and upgrade our products to make them even more useful... we must unfortunately retire support for older versions." Simply put, this is not an "improvement," and you don't care about the customer experience. I tried it SEVERAL times, as suggested, and was able to switch back and now I cannot. I need to find another provider.

    I have a great idea!

    Return my account to the last version before this mess you have blessed me with. I absolutely hate the format. It seems you are simply ignoring all of us that are not happy with it. I run my business from this account and I have difficulty finding specific emails I need to look back at for reference. They are in these long chains of emails and not easily found.

    Please listen to your customers. I have had this account for over a decade so I can not easily switch over to gmail. If I could I would have as this is my 3rd request to ask to return it to the last version. No reply back, no thank you for your feedback, nothing!!

    all you are doing is pushing more ads in my face....will stop using yahoo altogether soon if this continues....VERY ANNOYING.

    In response to your continually striving to improve and etc.........give us back the OLD email: there was NOTHING wrong with it! Quit this soft soap garbage. If you cared about our feelings and thoughts, you would replace the old format!

    I DO NOT like that this format does not show the number of spam entries as well as the trash. I LOVE knowing the count and I do NOT like this "NEW" email.

    LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.... THEY ALL SEEM TO WANT THE CLASSIC BACK SO DO NOT BOTHER TO TRY TO IMPROVE ON THE NEW EMAIL.....JUST GO BACK TO CLASSIC AND EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY.... SIMPLE ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
