If your going to make changes you need to give me more choices to choose from. Was not excited with any of the options provided.

The Entire layout is terrible. It looks like a kid who has a mySpace page designed it. It's poor functionality is a crime. Since Verizon took over, the entire site is geared only towards the cell phone platform and has made the site slow as all get up for PC and laptop users. Spread this info: The feedback forum is almost never accessed by the developers. It's time to load up Yahoo's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages with comments. DO NOT DM YAHOO, you will ONLY get a robo response! Post it on their page. Be mindful, if it's not showing up when you refresh, then post it on Your page and tag, hashtag or connect your comment to YAHOO. hey have NO control over your posts on your page;so that will be put out for everyone to read. Eventually they will Have to address these concerns or loose adv $$

I feel like I'm looking at a version of yahoo from the 90's! Looks like some kid with basic computer skills made this new version...horrible!!! Bring back the last version.

Give us a way to go back to Classic email! It's not under "settings" nor anywhere else. Why is it that IT guys always "update" but it seems they only do it to justify...doing anything, even if that update is annoying. Yahoo email does this, same as Windows and others.

New feature to add.....timer! When the new version is opened the timer starts. Set for 10 or 15 minutes. Then the user is reminded to go do something else for awhile. With the eyestrain and frustration 10-15 minutes is about as long as one can go before the headaches and cussing starts.

New format sucks, don't need the additional panel, because I don't use it.

Please give me back basic e-mail. I neither need nor want e-mail with fancy colors, pony shows, or bells and whistles. I have slow Internet connection and all this annoying **** makes it more difficult to open my mail. Furthermore, it's difficult to read. Please give me basic e-mail as an option.

I agree. Leave the e-mail alone. I don't need e-mail with annoying fancy colors, pony shows, or bells and whistles. I just want my e-mail. What's more, I have slow Internet, and all this **** makes it difficult for me to open my mail. Please, at least, make basic e-mail an option.

New mail is slower with a less pleasing layout and less convenient to use as various settings and features are hidden behind more clicks. This is another example of IT being "improved" without getting feedback from the users about what is better from their perspective. The user has to change their working habits. Very strange approach but seen in most IT environments despite the arguments against. Change for the sake of change.

I want my old format back as it helps me to delete all unwanted messages page by page. Would appreciate if you could do that for me. My mails are piling up to 3000 and it takes me a lot of time to use the new format to delete messages.
Thanks so much

Reading the comments, it looks like the revolution. People want the option to use the previous version of Yahoo Mail. But it seems that nobody cares at Yahoo Mail. It seems that you have good time reading the comments and just laughing. Thank you for providing excellent services until now. But since you don't allow option to stay in previous version of Yahoo Mail, I will leave Yahoo Mail and start using another mail.

New mail resulted in me not being able to respond to an important email. I thought I had responded, but later noticed that I had responded to myself. Now I'm trying to forward my response and I cannot be sure if the attachments are being sent. Please return to the old format.

You ask "How can we improve New Mail?"
If you never stop degrading it yourself
You will stay the has-been email.Ask the users what they want to see in the system.
Not what they don't want to see!!! -

Overall I like the new look of the inbox, however please return the old look for the "sender". I like to be able to see who sent me an email. Now, once I've replied to an email, it comes up as "me, gina, me" for example, rather than just saying "Gina Gregory". It makes it very hard to search for emails. I also don't like how all the emails in the thread are stacked. Simple fix: just go back to the old way. Much easier to use. Also, your button to "switch back to previous version of Yahoo mail" does not exist where it is supposed to.
