I don’t particularly like your system ‘deciding’ to switch my email to the new thing right in the middle of what I was doing without warning.
You’re excellent at making pop ups, maybe try one of those next time hmm?
Ramming a theme down my throat and saying you think I’ll love it? Uh… ok.
Well your algorithm obviously went by the colors of the image I used as my background. So far so good I suppose?
Suddenly I have images of purple kangaroos all over the place, on an orange and this is because?
Your number of possible themes to chose from sucks.
My original was a picture of a desert at sunset with clouds. I chose the image because it was one that a friend of mine took.
I’m not mad necessarily Just miffed, I think its the way you worded your messages.
No, I certainly didn’t ‘love it’ I refuse to commit to something so completely until I have been at least given dinner.
Whats more I positively HATED the snarky OH NO! With the stupid emote when I wanted to switch back to the older version of mail.
Seriously, the only thing that I wanted to do when your system did that was slap its face if it actually had one.
So... OH NO!
The theme you tried to auto select for me sucks! And MY GOSH! the controls for customization are less than obvious and also OH WOW! Maybe you should have a better selection of themes or possibly GOLLY GEE! Make the new system more compatible with the old version rather that rattling my cage.Anyhow I’ll take a look at the new email setup and see if I can work with it.
Assuming the reader of this has a heart beat, Thank you and Yahoo for providing this valuable and reliable service which on occasion can be as annoying as ****. Lol
Have a great day. -

Did Yahoo set this new email for people with cell phones in mind? It appears to me that people with cell phones appear not to be having problems with this new email just people with computers.
Some people have cell phones but don't have computers and on the other hand some people have computers but no cell phone.
Just like in medicine that a pill will work for one person but will not work for another. -

Why did it have to be changed? Did I ask you to change it? No, I did not. I was fine with it the way it was. I don't need a new "experience." I just need email.

Yes, I'm shaking my head...... with so many other web-hosting application engine choices out there these days, why would you make such changes and upset the masses? Just make it look pretty, faster and smarter BUT NOT slower, stupid and incomplete...... why is the CONTACT list still in a separate page and OLD format??? Comon guys you are now a VERIZON entity ! YOU should be taking us to the next platform, bigger, better, smarter than this poor execution..... who makes these decisions?

We run a business, PLEASE don't mess with my EMail unless you are making it better! At the very least, your Yahoo experts should leave my OLD settings and move them over to YOUR NEW look. IF YOU ARE REMOVING SOME FEATURES THEN AT THE VERY LEAST TELL ME IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE SO THAT WE CAN PRO-ACTIVELY MAKE ADJUSTMENTS. We used to have a CONTACT AUTO SAVE into the address book, every time we used to send an EM, the "SENT TO" contact was AUTO saved into my Contact list.... but now it disappeared and my "SENT to" customers are not auto saved into my contact list. Seems now you have forced us to manually enter each customer into our address book, really? We need to easily find that contact that I just sent an EM to, and be able to add them to a specific contact "LISTS", but that is not possible unless I now individually, manually, add that contact. That is insane.....the world is automating Pizza deliveries and Yahoo has me manually adding contacts? PLEASE Help! Also note that this is the EMail YOU gave me with our Website that YOU web-host for my business.

I get some emails that have 3 to 4 or 5 lines to the left of the email it’s self that runs down the whole page. In Classic when reading an email as such there was a slider at the bottom where as I could move the email to the left to read what was on the far right side. The only why I can read the whole email is to go from viewing the email from 100% view to 80% View. Could a slider be added at the bottom to move the email left and right without having to change from 100% view to 80% view and then back again to read other emails that don’t need the slider? This could also be a problem is also a problem if the whole email was centered on the page. Classic email had this slider. Many things were taken away it looks like so many other things could be add that I will never use.

Why make it so hard to filter mail? The old version was much easier. Isn't that the reason you improve? You have made it more complicated then it needs to be.

The 'new' program is not as well set up as the 'old' one. Classic has worked- why fix what is nt broken? I have lost emails from friends since the switch over and have NEVER had so many SPAM emails as recently appeared.

Best thing to do is go to your settings and set yourself for "Basic" mail. Yea, it's ugly, but at least you don't have all those useless options that aren't options since you can't turn them off....Every once in a while I will switch to new mail to see whats up, but 'm usually disappointed every time..It all starts with the day/week/month/year grouping from that MSOutlook program that I turn off the VERY FIRST THING...here, can't turn it off and Yahoo seems to like to ANNOY people with this ****.

I am sorry that you are unable to preview attached attachments in New mail.
I used to be able to open, download or delete
I am sorry but the feature has been removed forom New mail version.
Unfortunately, what you're looking for isn't possible in the current version of the product. I can see how that'd be useful, though.
You should post your suggestion to add that function on our feedback forum. Our product teams review the posts and look for ideas to include in future releases.https://yahoo.uservoice.com/
So, whats do I do now? Go back to classic?
Classic will be soon closed.
Also, you can give your improvements in the link I given.
Is there anything else that I may assist you with?
No, how do I save this chat?
I need to have the choice to open or download or delete attachments. ** -

Please bring back the option to select "Reply All" when in draft mode if "Reply" was initially selected. Seriously missing this option that was in the old version.
