    Because the new one is too slow to load the emails. After that, I tried to go back to the classic view but it is not working.

    Would you please let me know the way to back my old mail environment.

    You switched me without asking.
    I keep returning to your prior program because this one IS TOO SLOW.
    I can get used to the new format. I don't find it any easier to navigate, but I can get used to it.
    What I can't get used to and what I do not like is how slow it is. I use this email for work so it's very frustrating when I'm trying to respond to an email and find that the program is not showing my words as fast as I am typing them. And I'm not THAT fast!

    For some unknown reason, you, Yahoo, switched me to the "new" mail and now I am unable to switch back to the classic version. Fix this. The new version stinks.

    This new e-mail is ridiculous. Meaningless change. Also restricted to 3 browsers, none of which I use, Also, trying to switch back to classic via settings, it won't do it. You are forced to make a comment and then it won't let you submit it and are forced to cancel, thus, preventing a switch to classic. It seems Yahoo has a habit of changing what works for buggy **** thast takes forever to fix. It becomes understandable why more people switch to Google's G-Mail.

    This new format is not nice, why try and fix something that isn't broke, don't try and fix something that isn't required. Consult people before figuring that's what people want. Bye.
