    I am furious of this new format! please tell me how to get the old version back! WTF are you guys thinking. and in the future... please give me the option to change not force me to change. now please tell me how to get my old format back!

    I have asked to be returned to the old format of mail from Yahoo. This is the third attempt. WHY DON'T YOU DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO. I DO NOT like the new format. The instructions on Google for reverting back to old format does not work, ie go to Settings and find "format for mail" - it is not there.

    It's seems that is more difficult to navigate through it. Also, when I want to delete emails, in chunks, before, I could do 50 at a time, when I checked off the little box on the top. Now, it selects about 236 for deletion at once. What happened to letting me delete 50 at a time?

    Fit's not broken, don't try and fix it. This new Email format is terrible.

    Won't work? There's lots of other options, Let's start a list: G-mail, Hotmail, SBCglobal , Comcast,

    The new yahoo mail won't let me switch back to the old yahoo mail. The "tools" icon doesn't respond. With the new yahoo mail, I can only access the current day's e-mail messages. I can't delete anything in my e-mail. I can't access any older saved messages. It is just a complete MESS.

    I'm unable to get back to the format I had. This one is terrible. Please so I don't have to switch over to Google. I've tried by your instructions and it didn't work.

    You can improve it by giving the old one back. It was better, more informative and stable.

    I just don't like it, please change it back. The old way was more user friendly for me.

    Nuisance...not improvements...I think your staff need something to do. Otherwise the old format worked fine and I think it was better.
