    I want my old mail back. It was clear and functioning. This is not. Too much stuff that is not helpful or needed.

    Please return me to old format immediately. All my mail has been coming to my Trash for last 2 years because of some virus. New format has no trash, therefore I cannot receive my emails. How can you change format without asking first or making it easier to say no. Not impressed. Please address immediately.

    The layout appears messy and cannot empty the spam in one go have to delete each one
