    This new e-mail is too confusing and hard to process. I want the old format back! Cannot find where to hit PRINT when I need to print a hard copy of an incoming e-mail!

    Why did I not have a choice? I logged in and was thanked for 'choosing' the new format. I did NOT choose anything!!!!

    Give me back my old mail version! I know from experience that you don't care how any of us feel and won't pay any attention to feedback. I'm absolutely IRATE that you've done this and don't care what any of us wants. NO ONE likes your new "idea." Yahoo gets worse every day. Soon you'll be history.

    I don't like the knew format. The colors are hard to read. Please don't change me again. Why do you want to change the format any way? I haven't heard any one complain about the old format'
