You folks need to get out of your techie world. Please switch me back to the old format. It is like watching TV and somebody switches the channel (because they feel like being a jerk). When you ask them to switch back - the jerk says no - and here a procedure to follow.
When I follow your procedure nothing works. You need to learn about service - I hope Amazon buys you.

Why in God's name do the powers that be think they have to change formats. I didn't give you permission and we should at least have the option to go with the new or stay with the old ... which worked JUST FINE. LEAVE THIS STUFF ALONE ... DON'T YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO BUT MESS WITH ALL OF US AND DO YOU BEST TO FRUSTRATE ALL OF US. I SEE BY THE COMMENTS HERE AND BELOW ... THAT ALMOST 100% WANT THE 'CHANGERS' OUT OF OUR LIVES.

If I had wanted to try your "new" format I would have done so. I was quite happy with the format I was using, please revert to that.

Yahoo's penchant to unilaterally force unwanted upgrades on subscribers is untenable. That is a guarantee to loose business. Yahoo is committing marketing suicide by such action. Yahoo should be pleased its services are used, allowing its advertising income source the visibility needed to stay in business. Yahoo is strongly advised to avoid any action that jeopardizes its existence, as it has how done with the "new, improved, mail" service. There was nothing wrong with the "old" service. It worked just fine

Also ... if you really wanted to know how we felt you would put voting icons on each comment so people would give you an idea of the magnitude of how they felt and what they wanted. This is no way to run an internet company ... so I hear you are paying tens of millions to make bad decisions like this ... i can do better, give me the job, this was another notch lower for Yahoo to fall.
