    Increase in SPAM. No SPAM count indicator. Mail not notified on desktop. Slow to load.

    I don't like the new format - I want my old email format back!!!

    One would need a magnifying glass to read emails especially with a dark background and that goes for both the previous and new systems. I will be thinking of trying another provider if things do not improve with Yahoo

    Don't fix what's not broken. What a load of s***e this format.
    And what happened to the old yahoo bookmarks. Great feature gone just like that (along with my bookmarks I collected over time)

    don't like the new layout AT ALL. please provide option to revert to "basic"

    I can not add new contacts to the "New "" mail system. Of what use is that??? Wow what an improvement. What happens when I try to add a new contact while in the "New "mail is a new tab will open with the old Yahoo mail. I add a new contact in the old Yahoo mail under the new tab. I'm so thankful to see my Beloved old Yahoo Mail where everything works & I know how to use everything that I just close the New Mail tab, thank the blessed pixel fairies & continues happily on in my old Yahoo mail. Ahh if real life were only this easy. Thanks you little pixel fairies. :)

    The old e-mail version was so much more user friendly. I hate the new mail format.

    While I can access my account on my own computer with the new format I'm only able to access it in the library using the old format. So until the Council update their systems I have to return to Yahoo Classic.

    100% agree with this statement! There was nothing wrong with the original format. This is much harder to read. Very tempted to change mail provider
