    I also want to go back to my old Yahoo email format. I don't like this one. I also want to edit my email signature but can't find the page to do that, even though I have typed every possible way to ask the question, but I never get the answer. It's like asking a question of a politician.

    please return me to my old format. I hate the new format as it makes it difficult opening my e-mails. I DON'T WANT TO USE MY MOBILE FOR SIGNING INTO YAHOO ON MY LAPTOP. THANK YOU

    I cannot get past your insistence on updating my completely up to date Chrome browser.
    I cannot get past the upgrade page to change my settings.
    Do NOT change things on my account without my EXPRESSED permission EVER again, or I'll drop your service.
    I certainly don't need Yahoo as much as Yahoo needs its consumer base.

    Tried switching back to old format and it INSTANTLY told me to 'upgrade my format' again. There are too many ads in the new format and the graphics on the new format are hard to read thru. I just want my old format back!

    Three (3) times now Yahoo has automatically "updated" my account to the "new" one. It stinks. I keep changing back and it changes again. I am a Paid Premium Subscriber! What is your problem???
