    SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A CHANGE IT JUST MAKE THE SYSTEM MORE CUMBERSOME. AND YOU DON'T EXPLAIN HOW ONE IS SUPPOSED TO NAVIGATE THE NEW SYSTEM. SO, WE JUST STUMBLE AROUND TIL WE FIGURE IT OUT, OR NOT. IN ANY CASE IT SELDOM MAKES IT AN BETTER FOR THE USER. OR SHOULD I SAY , THE ONE WHO IS USED.

    I Don't mind the new format, but I never asked to be switched. Just return me to the old style.

    The new mail format is terrible and don't work anywhere near as well as the old format. Trash the new one and fire all the IT people who created it as you could get smarter people off the streets and pay them far less than you are paying these idiots for their total incompetence

    I HATE this new format! Am seriously considering using one of my other e-mail accounts and dumping yahoo. Why did you have to change it, anyway?

    It is terrible!! Slow, Jumped Back and forth!! Deleted things I didn't want deleted, etc.,etc. Please let
    me have my old format !!
